Terms & Conditions

Orders are placed and confirmed over WhatsApp. An order is confirmed only once we acknowledge it and payment is received. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable or if there is an error in pricing or product information; any amount paid will then be refunded in full.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Shipping charges, where applicable, are shared before you confirm your order. Prices may change without notice, but the price confirmed at the time of your order will be honoured.

Our candles and décor are handcrafted in small batches. Slight variations in colour, texture, finish, size and fragrance strength are natural and are not defects. Product photos are for reference and may differ slightly from the item you receive.

For customised or personalised products, you are responsible for checking the details you share with us (names, colours, messages). Customised products cannot be cancelled once work has begun.

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and damage claims, returns and refunds by our Refund, Return & Replacement Policy.

Candles involve an open flame. Please follow our Candle Care Guide. InshForYou is not liable for damage or injury resulting from misuse, or from not following the care and safety instructions.

All content on this website, including photographs, designs, text and the InshForYou name, belongs to InshForYou and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws. We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page applies to your order.
